Second, why car shock absorber maintenance

Whether the shock absorber is a consumable part or whether it depends on the road conditions. What are the symptoms of broken car shock absorbers?

1. Make the car park on a road with poor road conditions for 10 kilometers and stop. Touch the damper shell. If it is not hot enough, there is no resistance inside the shock absorber. The shock absorber does not work. At this point, you can add appropriate lubricants, and then test, if the shell is hot, it is the lack of oil within the shock absorber, should add enough oil, otherwise, indicating that the shock absorber failure.

2. Press the bumper firmly and release it. If the car does not jump more than once or twice, the shock absorber works well. If you keep standing up and down, looking very flexible, it will be bad.

3, when the car is running slowly and emergency braking, if the car is relatively violent vibration, indicating that there is a problem with the shock absorber.

4, remove the shock absorber to stand upright, and the lower end of the connecting ring clamped on the vise, pull the pressure shock rod several times, this time there should be a stable resistance, pull up to restore the resistance should be greater than the downward pressure Resistance at the time, such as unstable or no resistance, may be due to lack of oil inside the shock absorber or damage to the valve parts.
