To repair, first of all learn how to dismantle it, the first step is to first reduce the pressure in the hydraulic circuit to zero to reduce the phenomenon that the oil inside is ejected because the pressure is too high. The second step is to prevent the thread on the piston rod and the surface of the piston rod from being damaged when disassembling. Care must be taken to protect the integrity of the cylinder, otherwise it will not be repaired or broken, is it not very uneconomical. The third step is to learn to adapt to local conditions, because the size and size of the cylinder are not exactly the same, so when dismantling, a button can be used to unscrew the top bolt first, when the top flange cover must be used when removing. Next, when the bolts emerge, do not immediately pull them out or hard, but slowly take them down along their threads. The last step is to take the piston rod, do not take it directly out of the cylinder directly, and be patient enough to take it out for viewing and repair without damaging it.
