New truck for Downers Grove

Bill Friedrich shared the following update:

I'm excited to announce that our new ladder truck has just arrived today, Friday. Once we complete the installation of the equipment and conduct the necessary training, the department expects to put this unit into service by mid-October. The truck cost $840,000 and was purchased from Kevin Lueder at Fire Apparatus & Supply Team. It's built on a Spartan Sirius chassis and features a 2,000-GPM pump, 300 gallons of water capacity, and a 100-foot tower ladder. This is a major upgrade for us, and we're looking forward to the enhanced capabilities it brings to our response efforts.
