New truck for Downers Grove

Bill Friedrich shared the following update:

I'm excited to announce that our new ladder truck has just arrived today, Friday. Once the equipment is installed and the team completes training, we expect the truck to be fully operational by mid-October. The unit was purchased for $840,000 from Kevin Lueder at Fire Apparatus & Supply Team. It's built on a Spartan Sirius chassis and features a 2,000-GPM pump, 300 gallons of water, and a 100-foot tower ladder. This is a big step forward for the department, and we're looking forward to its first real-world response.
