The firefighters and police of Buffalo Grove were called out early Monday morning on May 9th, 2016, after receiving reports of a car that had crashed into a house located at 386 S. Buffalo Grove Road. The caller mentioned that there were two vehicles involved and someone appeared to be lying in the front yard close to one of the cars. Upon arrival, the firefighters discovered a conscious and alert individual on the grass. Interestingly, there didn't seem to be any significant damage to the house itself; instead, the vehicle had come to rest in a flowerbed. One person was subsequently taken to the hospital.

In the first image, you can see firefighters attending to an accident victim who is lying on the ground. The next photo shows the firefighters lifting the patient onto a backboard. Another shot captures the moment when the patient is being loaded using the Stryker system's power load mechanism. There are also pictures of the car against the house with the airbags deployed.
