This situation is that the government is also passive and the enterprises are passive. Why is the government passive? The first is that the government has changed its duty and the credibility has declined; the other is that it does not obey the laws of science and it is difficult to implement. Reporter: Does the foreign country's national emission stage must pass? Has any country upgraded directly from State III to State V? Du Fangci: You can't pass by. For example, India is directly rising from the country to the country. People's oil products are good and do not have to be frustrated by China's restrictions on oil products. Reporter: If oil products fail to meet the National III standards, what will happen to vehicles using the National IV emissions? If you can't use the oil products that can't meet the country's three emissions, what will happen to the vehicles of State IV? Du Fangci: At present, domestic oil products are a mess. If the use of existing oil products to promote State IV, there will be two kinds of situations: First, emissions can still not meet the standard. However, due to the impact of unqualified oil products, it is impossible to truly meet the National IV emission standards, that is, to reduce the emission of pollutants.
