First, keep in mind the rotation of the wheel fastening bolts. The nut on the right side wheel is made into right-hand thread (orthodontic), and the nut on the left side wheel is made into left-hand thread (reverse teeth). Therefore, when loosening the left wheel nut, it should be forced clockwise. When tightening, it should be counterclockwise. Second, take a diagonal, cross, 3 to 4 times the twisting method to twist the nut, to prevent the disc deformation and force concentrated on the individual wheel bolts.

3. When disassembling, first loosen the wheel nut with a sleeve wrench and temporarily remove it. Then use the jack to jack the axle until the tire is slightly off the ground, and then loosen the nut and lift the wheel.

Fourth, apply lithium or calcium grease on the thread to reduce the possibility of sliding. When lifting the wheel, align the bolt hole so as not to damage the screw thread, tighten it by hand, and then use a special spanner to tighten the wheel. When the wheel is not loose, remove the jack and let the wheel fall to the ground, and then use 200 to 400N. m Torque cross-tighten each wheel nut.

Fifth, when installing the tire assembly, the valve of the tire should be aligned with the inclined surface of the brake drum.

Sixth, for the rear tires with twins installed, should pay attention to the following points: 1 If the two tires are not the same degree of wear, should be a larger diameter, lighter wear one installed on the outside to meet the arched road need. 2 If only the outer tire is replaced, tighten the inner nuts of the inner wheel first and then the outer wheels. When the two tires are replaced at the same time, jacks are used to lift the axles twice and install the inner and outer tires separately. 4 Brake shoe clearance inspection holes on both wheels should be staggered. 5 The inner and outer wheel valves should be symmetrically arranged to facilitate inspection and adjustment of inner tube pressure.
