Yuchai Foundry Center Phase I Technical Improvement Project Completed Acceptance
On November 18th, 2011, Yuchai Foundry Center's diesel engine casting phase I project was successfully passed by the Guangxi Autonomous Region Industry and Information Technology Commission, Yulin Finance Bureau, Yulin Environmental Protection Bureau, Yuchai Industrial Park Management Committee, Yulin The acceptance of the expert group composed of relevant personnel including the Shanghai Patent and Trademark Office, the Fourth Design and Research Institute of Machinery Industry, and the Yulin Industrial Design and Research Institute. The Yuchai Casting Center's diesel engine casting phase I project was started on February 10, 2009 and completed on March 12, 2010. The construction period is 13 months. The project construction scale is to produce an annual output of 45,000 tons of block castings. The project has a high starting point and high standards. The workshop includes the five major work departments such as the core manufacturing department, the molding department, the melting department, the sand processing department, and the cleanup department, as well as material banks, step-down stations, and other necessary production support facilities. From the end of March 12 to the end of December 2010, it produced a total of 30,967 tons of castings and 1.85% of the total scrap rate. From January 1 to October 31, 2011, it produced 40,881 tons of castings with an overall scrap rate of 0.89%. We achieved simultaneous growth in product output, sales revenue, profits and tax revenue. The expert group believes that the successful completion of the first phase of the Yuchai Casting Center technical transformation project has changed everyone's impression of the poor casting work environment. The overall layout of the project is reasonable, the equipment selection is advanced, the production process is advanced, and the project quality meets standards. The project construction fully meets the design requirements, with good economic and social benefits.
