On the morning of August 9, 2011, the first heavy-duty non-highway dump truck in Guiyang, Kaiwo Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., became the fastest heavy-duty company in the Xiaomeng Industrial Park. The first full-scale production of the vehicle was officially launched. Off the assembly line, Xiaohe Industrial Park gave a bonus of 20,000 yuan. 
According to reports, Guiyang Kaiwo Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock private enterprise, the company's exclusive production of non-highway dump trucks, the price is only half the price of similar foreign products. In September 2010, Guiyang Xiaohe District introduced the company into the construction and development of the Xiaomeng Industrial Park. At present, Kaiwo Heavy Industry has invested 50 million yuan for the construction of factories and infrastructure. It is expected that the production volume will reach 100 in 2011.
