All these elements can be directly connected to a standard development environment, allowing real-time communication between systems without the need for intermediate calculations. In addition to the software, Danaher Motion will present its custom AKM motors featuring ITT Cannon CmX connectors. These compact connectors, only 2 cm in height, are ideal for tight spaces and simplify installation and maintenance. Their color-coded design prevents polarity issues, ensuring reliable connections even during reconfiguration. The company will also display the new Cartridge DDR series direct drive rotary servo motors. Available in three frame sizes (108, 137, and 188 mm), these motors eliminate the need for additional mechanical components like couplings or belts, offering high precision, fast response, and low maintenance. Their compact design allows for faster machine assembly, improving efficiency and reducing long-term costs. Another highlight is the S1300 series of servo amplifiers, which support multi-axis applications. Each amplifier can control up to three axes, significantly reducing the number of required units and lowering overall system costs.
