This deep submersible heavy-duty hydraulic flatbed, which was headed by Chen Chongyu, the head of Zhejiang Hexing Shipyard, has been applied for the feasibility study of the national patent and Wenling Science and Technology Plan project and promoted to the society.
For a long time, the repair work of ships above 2000 tons in China must be carried into the dock. The repair work of ships below 2000 tons is generally based on steel wire traction. There are problems such as high cost and long cycle in the repair of the dock, and the steel wire is broken in the steel wire traction, which is easy to cause various dangers such as ship stranding, deformation damage and the like. The deep-submersible heavy-duty hydraulic flatbed developed by Hexing Shipyard adopts integrated control technology of machine, electricity and liquid. The six automatic variable pumps control the dive, upshift, lift, dive and brake of the flatbed respectively. The purpose of ship transfer from the water to the land for renovation and maintenance has solved the safety problem of the ship entering the factory.
It is understood that the deep-submersible heavy-duty hydraulic flatbed has a maximum carrying capacity of 3,000 tons, which can meet the needs of various ships with a length of less than 130M. The use of the equipment can save about 80% compared with the docking time, and the working efficiency is improved by about 4 times, which makes the ship into the factory safer and more stable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, convenient and quick, and greatly reduces the safety hazard. The equipment can also make full use of the inertial force to convert kinetic energy into electrical energy, so that each ship can save energy by about 200 degrees into the factory, saving 120,000 kWh per year, which can fill the current ship of 2000-10000 tons below the ship without docking.
