The process feature is the use of polyester and starch and inorganic powder composite technology, the use of highly efficient catalytic system, step-by-step control, direct synthesis of high molecular weight resin. The technology is a binary alkyd polyester; the reaction time is shortened, the synthesis process is simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
In recent years, China's packaging plastics have exceeded 5 million tons. According to 30% of them, disposable plastic packaging materials and products that are difficult to collect, the amount of waste generated is 1.5 million tons. According to statistics, the area of ​​China's mulch can be covered by 500 million mu, and the projected demand for nursery and agricultural and sideline products will reach 1 million tons. Some of the disposable daily sundries are difficult to collect or are not suitable for recycling. It is expected that the demand will reach 700,000 tons.
In order to purify the environment, eliminate plastic waste, and treat “white pollution”, people have used landfill, incineration, high-temperature degradation, recycling, and other methods to mitigate environmental pollution. However, in addition to defects in their own methods, there are still At least 20% of products cannot be recovered and cannot be treated. Therefore, the development and production of biodegradable plastics is the root of solving plastic waste and treating "white pollution". A large number of studies have shown that the use of microbial fermentation and chemical synthesis of aliphatic polyester synthesis, is an effective way to solve this problem. Although some aliphatic polyesters can be synthesized by the microbial fermentation method, due to the harsh preparation conditions, complicated processes, and high prices, it is difficult to promote them as general materials. The cost of chemical synthesis is lower, and molecular design can be performed, which is a more effective method to market.
