MACHINE INTRODUCTION
The MG-C700 is a newly developed paper cup machine capable of producing up to 65-75 cups per minute. This advanced paper converting equipment features a multi-station design, enabling it to produce both single and double PE-coated beverage cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, bubble tea cups, and more. The integrated automatic paper container forming machine combines all necessary processes such as paper feeding, sealing, bottom cutting, lubricating, heating, knurling, curling, and collecting into one efficient system.

A. The machine uses an open cam structure, offering high precision, large output, and long service life.
B. It features a longitudinal gear drive that overcomes the instability issues of chain drives.
C. The entire machine is designed with a box-type structure, utilizing a spray lubrication system for smooth and stable operation.
D. A photoelectric failure-detecting system is included, along with a PLC control system for full cup-forming automation.
E. Servo-controlled bottom paper delivery ensures accurate bottom placement when needed.
F. A stretch knife is used for bottom cutting, ensuring ease of change and greater stability.
G. Switzerland Leister heating devices are equipped for cup body and bottom sealing, improving heat efficiency and ensuring quality knurling.
H. The knurling device undergoes hardening treatment, resulting in a more attractive finish and extended lifespan.
