JBZ-S12 Double-Sided PE Coated Paper Cup Forming Machine is a fully automatic, multi-station machine designed to produce double-sided PE coated drink cups, ice cream cups, or other conical food containers. It operates through a continuous process that includes paper feeding, ultrasonic medium welding, tube forming, cup rabbet lubrication, oil injection, bottom flushing, duplex bottom heating, bottom knurling, upper mouth hemming, and final product stacking. Thanks to the ultrasonic adhesion technology, it is ideal for producing high-quality double-sided PE coated printed paper cups, ice cream cups, and similar conical vessels.
