MACHINE INTRODUCTION
The MG-C700 is a newly developed paper cup machine that achieves a manufacturing speed of 65-75 pieces per minute. This advanced paper converting equipment features a multi-station design, allowing it to produce single and double PE coated beverage cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, bubble tea cups, and more. It integrates all the necessary processes including paper feeding, sealing, bottom cutting, lubricating, heating, knurling, curling, and collecting into one efficient system.

A. The machine uses an open cam structure, offering high precision, large output, and long life.

B. It features a longitudinal gear drive system, eliminating the instability and jitter issues associated with chain drives.

C. The entire machine has a box-type structure design, utilizing a spray lubrication system to ensure fast and stable operation.

D. A photoelectric failure-detecting system is included, along with a PLC control system for the entire cup forming process.

G. The Swiss Leister heating device is used for sealing the cup body and bottom, ensuring the bottom is heated before feeding, improving heating efficiency and guaranteeing proper knurling.
