In the absence of scientific guidance, farmers are more likely to abuse pesticides in strawberry production. Therefore, it is very necessary to pay attention to the quality and safety of strawberries and understand their hidden dangers. The agricultural environmental monitoring station can effectively monitor the environment in the greenhouse and provide an effective reference for the growth and control environment of strawberries.

The application of organic fertilizer may be a hidden danger of heavy metals, and if not completely decomposed organic fertilizer may also bring potential pathogens and parasites harm; In addition, the use of phosphate fertilizer has varying degrees of use, excessive application of phosphate fertilizer will not only affect the strawberry on zinc The absorption of iron and iron may also contain a large amount of harmful heavy metals such as chromium, cadmium, and lead. As a picking fruit for fresh food, strawberries have hidden dangers of pathogenic microorganisms during instant picking or storage and transportation. In this study, pathogenic microorganisms were detected in only 18 strawberry samples during the March-April period. The number of samples was small and the representativeness was insufficient. Therefore, on the basis of studies on the control of residues of pesticides and plant growth regulators, follow-up studies should be conducted on the risk assessment and control of factors such as strawberry pathogenic microorganisms and heavy metals, and the effects of various inputs on their quality, in order to provide comprehensive protection for the quality and safety of strawberries. support.
