4. Check the PLC program, call up the internal program of the PLC, check whether the program is reasonable, whether it meets the control logic, if there is a problem, modify it in place.

(B), liquid starter action test:

1. Use a manual turning method to move the movable plate in the middle of the upper and lower limit positions. After checking that the three-phase power of the control power supply is normal, turn the “test” button switch to the left position and close the air switch in the cabinet. The board is normal;

2. The limit switch of the upper limit of the hand movement shall stop operation, if the plate is down, the phase sequence is wrong. Turn off the power exchange two-phase power line at this time;

3. Then close the power supply and turn the "test" button switch to the right position in the "test" position. The plate will run down until the lower limit position stops, and the contactor will be short-circuited.

(III) Liquid resistance preparation:

Formulation scheme: According to the resistance of the motor rotor circuit with liquid;

4, the preparation of resistance:

1 First place the movable plate in the starting position, and inject the prepared water into the tank about 2/3 of the specified position. Note that the three-level fluid level should be basically equal;

2 Inject the prepared solution into the water tank;

3 Add water to the liquid resistance tank to the required level;

4 Pull the test button to move the plate up and down two or three times so that the resistance liquid in the tank is stirred evenly;

5 liquid resistance measurement

After moving the movable plate of the liquid resistance to the starting position, the autotransformer is used to pass 50Hz between the plates of each phase. The current starts from 0 and gradually increases to about 5A. The current I(A) records the reading of the current meter A. , and measure the voltage drop V(V) between the two poles, and measure the liquid resistance:

R(Ω) = V(V) / I(A)


6 Adjustment of resistance If the resistance is too large, the concentration of resistance liquid should be increased. Otherwise, the concentration of resistance liquid should be reduced. The adjustment method is to use a hose to extract part of the solution with water or electro-hydraulic powder.

(D), power test

1. Send starter control power to the cabinet and perform the starter cabinet operation test again. If normal, push the “test” button to the working position;

2, simulation test:

1 The main motor primary cabinet is not powered on for the first time, only the control power of the cabinet and starter cabinet is sent;

2 When the starting cabinet PLC issued the allowable starting signal, press the cabinet closing button once and the cabinet switch closes. When the starting cabinet plate runs from top to bottom to the lower limit position, the contactor is closed and the PLC starts signal. Disappeared, and issued a running signal, indicating that the start and normal operation;

3 Press once the cabinet opening button, once the cabinet switch is opened, the external contactor is disconnected, the PLC running signal disappears, the plate runs from bottom to top, and a reset signal is sent at the same time. When it reaches the upper limit position, the reset signal disappears. Send an allowable start signal to prepare for the next start;

3. Interlock detection According to the simulation test sequence, it is detected whether the interlock signal is normal. Detection to the high-voltage switchgear water resistance drive, opening interlock signal, to the DCS system allows start, ready, start is completed, fault alarm signal is normal.

4, load test

1 Send the loop power supply and the control power of the primary cabinet and the starter cabinet once;

2 Start in the order of the simulation test, observe whether the starting current is within the specified range. If the starting current is too large, it means that the resistance is small. In this case, the concentration of the resistor solution should be reduced by extracting part of the liquid from the tank and adding the same amount of fresh water. After stirring, try again. If the starting current is too small and the contactor is short-circuited, then the impact is too large, indicating that the resistance is too large and should be reduced. At this time, the concentration of the resistor solution should be increased by extracting some of the liquid and adding an appropriate amount of electro-hydraulic powder. Do not add too much at a time, fully dissolve the injection tank, and adjust until the starting current is normal. .
