In the pilot core area - Qianjiang Century City, the digital repairs brought by LastGasp meters have pushed the average annual power outage time of regional customers to less than 2 minutes.
In addition to the rapid determination of faults, offline, on-site repair services are also very important. For example, the repair personnel are arranged and matched nearby; after receiving the signal, can the first-time accurate home location be provided. In recent years, Hangzhou is developing a set of data asset system for the whole distribution network. The repair personnel can know the fault location of the faulty customer and the basic situation of the faulty equipment at the same time by knowing the fault of the distribution network.
