High frequency IGBT Metal heating furnace for induction forging production line

Put workpiece into the sensor. The sensor is hollow brass tubes, which is generally input intermediate frequency or high frequency alternating current (300-300000Hz or higher). Generating an alternating magnetic field with the same frequency of the induced current in the workpiece. The induced current distribution in the workpiece is uneven: surface strength, while weak in the interior, the central portion close to 0. Use the skin effect enables rapid heating of the surface of workpiece.The surface temperature rises to 800-1000 ºC  within a few seconds, while the central portion temperature is small.
