The truck is equipped with high-performance SC28R125Q5A series engine which can meet the national IV and national V emission standards. The fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced by 4L, and the power coverage is 101~143Ps.  lBOSCH is a high-pressure common rail system customized for the R series, 1600 bar fuel injection pressure; Precisely controlled multiple injections and vertically arranged oil injectors reaized uniform atomization and complete combustion.

High reliability
1. Adopt tunnel-type enclosed block structure design makes the engine is of rigidity. Pistons with internal cooled oil chamber are adopted to reduce the heat load, the position of the cracking connecting rod is reliability, and the forging crankshaft is fatigue resistant.
2. Automatic production and assembly line customized for R series by international first-class equipment manufacturers such as GROB. And it is controlled by MES system.
3. Running under SPS system being made according to German Volkswagen manufacturing standard, product are of good consistency and high reliability.

2. For service brake, dual-circuit hydraulic braking with vacuum servo is adopted. The drum diameter of drum brake is increased to 20 mm. Width of brake shoe increased to 75mm, master cylinder of brake increased to 31.75 and wheel cylinder of brake increased to 30.16. This truck is easy to operate, responsive and reliable. Exhaust brake is installed to further ensure safety.
3. For parking brake, central drum type is adopted, which is safe and reliable.
Humanized design
1. For the cab, with exquisite technology, streamline body design, elegant, and the drag coefficient is greatly reduced.
2. With panoramic large-curved laminated windshield, the vision is wider and the safety is more guaranteed.
Upper parts
1. All plates of tanks will be treated with acid pickling phosphate, which makes them corrosion resistant& anti-rust. Also tanks shall be treated with cathode electrophoresis, stainless steel inner cylinder is installed inside the container.
2. With the push shovel compression unit in the carriage, the garbage collected in the carriage can be compresed to improve the utilization of the carriage.
3. Double 2-stage cylinders are adopted for the tilting of the carriage to ensure the lifting height and stability of lifting process.
4. Specially designed interlocking system is applied to garbage lifting and pushing plates to avoid garbage scattering and parts damage due to wrong operation.
5. Rear door of container is locked by 2  hydraulic cylinder lock hooks. Together with quality imported sealing strips adopted, no sewage or garbage & leakage will occur.
6. Large volume stainless steel drain tank is installed at the bottom of the carriage,  its function is to collect sewage during transportation and compression. And then sewage will be discharged by drain pipe.
7. Hydraulic control system is adopted,and it is easy to operate

B:The back door must be unlocked before dumping the trash.

This model is the company's first-generation compression type garbage truck, and are widely used in Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and Nantong. Euro 4 JAC second-class chassis are selccted as power. All steel plates of the carriage have been treated with catlodic eletrophressing. The carriage is equipped with a push shovel compression unit. For Carriage tilting,double 2-stage,oil cylinders are adopted, and the back door is equipped with hydraulic locking device , and stainless-steel drain tank is installed at the bottom to coilect sewage during compression and trans portation . It is mainly used for the flow and centralized collection of urban and rural household waste. At the same time of collection, it also can be used to Compress to get more space to load more, discharge the sewage in the wastes, and transfer the compressed wastes, after which are transported in place. In the whole process of waste collection and transportation, secondary pollution to the environment can be avoided.
