Cutting work of the mining method in the staged rock drilling stage

Cutting work includes: boring the bottom road, cutting the cross, cutting the patio, pulling the bottom and opening the leak and opening the trough.

1) The position of the cutting patio is generally arranged in the center of the mining room, or on the side of the mining room, which should be the thickest part of the ore body and on the contact line of the lower plate.

The location of the cutting patio is determined by the contact of the ore body with the surrounding rock of the lower and lower plates, the prospecting requirements, and the method of forming the cutting trough.

2) Pulling down the roadway, pulling the bottom and leaking the work

Before the bottoming, the bottoming road is first excavated. For the section rock drilling stage mining method, the bottoming and the leakage are simultaneously carried out.

Since the working surface is vertical, the bottoming and leaking work under the mine can not be completed at one time, but the bottoming and leaking work is completed as the work advances. (Generally, the bottom hole leakage work is ahead of the recovery of 1 or 2 funnels).

The bottoming method generally uses shallow holes to extend from the bottoming roadway to the sides, and the leakage can be carried out from the bottoming space downward or from the funnel neck.

After the funnel is opened, a part of the fallen ore remains as a joint table that is broken by the segmented charge, which means that the smallest one is done when the parallel eye is hit. If the bottom structure of the trench is adopted, the open trench and the upper recovery gun hole may be blown at the same time.

3) Open slot

The work of opening the trough is very important. The ore volume of the vertical trough generally accounts for more than 10% to 15% of the ore deposit. The formation of the vertical trough is an extremely important process in the work of returning to the mining house, and the construction quality must be guaranteed.

1 Selection of cutting groove position

a) The cutting vertical trough can be located in the center or on one side of the mine.

If the vertical trough is located in the center of the mine, it is impossible to use the impact force when the opposite direction is broken to improve the quality of the burst.

When the cutting vertical trough is arranged on one side of the mining room, it is possible to use an external force to throw the ore to the side close to the crucible mine to reduce, transport the distance and improve the mining efficiency.

b) When the shape of the ore body changes, the cutting vertical groove should be located at the largest part of the ore body to facilitate the creation of a good free-falling free surface.

c) When the ore block is arranged in a tangential direction, the cutting vertical groove should be digged on the side of the upper plate. When the rock stability of the upper plate is relatively poor, it can be opened on the side of the lower plate to make the upper plate rock It is exposed at the latest to ensure safety.

2 Method of digging cutting vertical groove

a) shallow hole drawing method

In the area where the opening groove is planned, the shallow hole drilling method is used for mining. The cut patio is used to make a ventilated pedestrian patio, and the collected ore is placed from the funnel into the electric roadway. A large number of ore deposits form a cutting groove.

b) horizontal deep hole slot

The horizontal deep hole pulling groove is to pull the bottom at the bottom of the grooved part, and the cutting patio is used as a rock drilling patio, and a horizontal fan-shaped deep hole is formed, and the cutting vertical groove is formed after being broken.

The width of the cutting vertical groove is generally 5 to 8 meters. Due to the large width of the vertical groove, the sandwiching property at the time of breaking is small, and the quality of the vertical groove is easily ensured. The deep hole drawing has high efficiency and good working conditions.

This groove method is suitable for conditions where the ore is relatively stable.

c) Upward deep hole drawing method

When pulling the groove, first dig into the cutting alley, and hit the parallel middle and deep holes in the cutting alley to cut the patio as a free stone, and form a vertical groove after being broken.

The blastholes of the cutting trough can be blown up by row, and the multiple rows are blown up at the same time, and all the blastholes are blown up at one time. At present, the mine uses multiple rows of the same method.
