Application 1:
The YWC series oily water treatment machine, also known as a 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator, is an environmentally friendly device designed to meet the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49), ensuring that the oil content in the treated effluent does not exceed 15ppm. This high-tech equipment is essential for marine environmental protection and is capable of effectively treating bilge water containing various types of fuel oil, heavy residual oil, and emulsified mixtures consisting of ferric oxide and surfactants. The machine's treatment capacity ranges from 0.25m³/h to 5m³/h. With nine different models available, the smallest model, YWC-0.25, is suitable for ships with a displacement of less than 1000T, while the largest model, YWC-5.00, is ideal for large vessels with a displacement exceeding 300,000T.
Application 2:
This machine is widely used in sewage treatment systems at ports, wharfs, industrial and mining enterprises, including fine filtration of large-scale oilfield reinjection water, advanced treatment of circulating cooling water in power plants and petrochemical facilities, and advanced treatment of wastewater from oil refineries and sewage treatment plants. It is also suitable for filtration of water supply and drainage systems in metallurgical and coal industries, where large volumes of water and high-precision filtration are required. The treated water meets all the requirements set by national environmental protection agencies.

It ensures fast and efficient oil-water separation using corrosion-resistant, high-temperature stainless steel diffusers and corrugated oil droplet coalescers with excellent mechanical strength. The water purification system includes four stages of treatment: inclined plate gravity separation, fiber filtration, closed-type fiber separation, and ultrafiltration membrane separation, ensuring the purified water meets the required standards. The system also features a backwashing device that cleans hydrophilic and oleophobic filter materials, maintaining optimal filtration efficiency and extending the service life of the filters. Additionally, the machine is equipped with comprehensive safety devices that protect against pressure fluctuations, power outages, overvoltage, and undervoltage, ensuring safe and continuous operation. Its high level of automation reduces labor requirements, utilizing an advanced moisture sensor to control the drainage process. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water separation, the water pump automatically starts to drain the water into the purification system for further processing.
