Disc blades are ideal for use in disc harrows and agricultural machinery. Typically made from 65Mn spring steel or 40MnB steel, these blades offer excellent durability and performance. The hardness of 65Mn spring steel is usually between 38-45HRC, while 40MnB steel has a hardness range of 43-48HRC. We can produce various types of disc blades, with the maximum diameter reaching up to 46 inches (1170mm).
