a) Pattern: 30-45 days after order
b) Sample: 30 days after pattern finishing
c) Lead time includes general production period, not transportation time.
Receive 50% deposit for tooling and sample orders → Hold meeting with relevant departments to set schedule → Design pattern, fixtures, and gauges in-house → Purchase mold steel → Machining → Inspection → Send sample with initial inspection report.
Mass Production: 90 days after sample approval. Lead time includes transportation time. Special arrangements can be made for urgent needs.
We generally offer FOB & CIF (Carriage, Insurance & Freight). CIF includes freight to your nominated sea port. We assist with clearance if required. All local costs and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Payment terms are negotiable, especially for long-term customers. Initially, 50% of the tooling fee is requested upfront, with the balance upon sample acceptance. Production orders can be negotiated. We prefer 50% deposit and balance via T/T before sailing. Sometimes T/T 30 days after sailing is also acceptable.
We deal in USD, Euro, and GBP.
Approximately 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs clearance, totaling 6-7 weeks. 2 weeks to the east coast and 3 weeks to the west coast of the US. All sea shipments go through Qingdao Port.
