Wenzhou Lianggong Forging Co., Ltd. is located in the Wenzhou Economic and Technology Development Zone, just 10 kilometers away from Wenzhou Longwan International Airport. We focus on research and development using advanced tools such as CAD software, 3D solid modeling, and DEFORM simulation. Our materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We provide precise heating solutions through electric intermediate frequency furnaces.
Our forging equipment includes presses ranging from 400t to 2500t, along with sawing machines, shot blasting machines, air hammers, and punches. The forging weight range is from 0.05kg to 100kg.
Heat treatment is carried out using electric furnaces with computerized temperature control, water/oil/polymer quenching pools, and induction/flame hardening equipment. Machining is supported by CNC centers, milling machines, lathes, grinders, wire cutting machines, and EDM equipment.
For quality assurance, we use direct-reading spectrometers, universal testing machines, hardness testers, metallographic analyzers, magnetic particle testers, ultrasonic testers, CMM, and infrared thermometers.
