The lifter is designed for manual operation. The entire system consists of an electric vacuum gripping device, manual tilting device, manual rotation device, and a safety protection system, to achieve gripping, lifting, moving, and placing glass to specific locations through a series of process settings. The lifter can be assembled into various models to fit different sizes of glass.
This machine is designed for large-sized glass, mainly suitable for outdoor screen installation and the movement of large glass. It features rotating and reversal functions. (Customers can also choose single rotating and reversal functions).
The machine has power-off protection and an alarm function for lack of vacuum to enhance usage safety. Additionally, we can add telecontrol devices suitable for the installation of glass curtain walls in high-rise outdoor environments. Factor of safety
According to European CE safety requirements for lifting equipment, and German accident prevention regulations UVV 18 and VBG 9a, the better safety factor for vacuum lifters is 2.5. For example, each 300mm diameter sucker can reach 330kgf, divided by the safety factor of 2.5, allows a load of 132kg. If the lifter uses 8 suckers, the total suction is 132*4=1056kg, greater than the approved 800kg. When handling vertical glass, multiply by the friction coefficient of 0.8 (between rubber and glass), resulting in 844kg, still exceeding 800kg.
Safety Protection Instruction
Once the glass is sucked, the system is under airtight conditions. The only way for air to enter is through backflow from the vacuum generator, which could destroy the vacuum state. Therefore, the lifter is equipped with a safety non-return valve, allowing air to be extracted but not returned, ensuring sufficient vacuum during power loss.
Vacuum Compensation Protection
No need to worry about air leakage or insufficient vacuum, as the lifter is equipped with a pressure sensor and vacuum compensation system. If vacuum is insufficient, the system automatically senses and resumes operation to maintain sufficient vacuum.
