1. Screw Feeder: This is the first step in the process, where the PP and PE plastic scraps are conveyed into the hopper via a screw mechanism. A sensor detects the material level, automatically stopping or starting the screw to maintain optimal operation.
2. Extruder: Designed for plasticization and degassing, this specialized single-screw extruder melts the pre-compacted material. The first-stage extruder melts the material, while the second-stage extruder further processes it. The double-zone vacuum degassing system effectively removes volatile substances like moisture and low molecular compounds, making it suitable for heavy printed films and wet materials.
3. Non-stop Hydraulic Screen Filter Changer: This system allows for continuous filtering at two stages—coarse filtration in the first extruder and fine filtration in the second. This reduces the frequency of changing filters, ensuring consistent performance based on the input material quality and intended use of the granules.
4. Water Cooling: Made of 304 stainless steel, the water-cooling system is 4 meters long and filled with water to efficiently cool the melted plastic.
5. Cutting Pelletizing: Equipped with high-speed steel and hard alloy cutting blades, this system offers reliable performance and minimal maintenance due to its compact design.
