Automatic Hairpin Bender
The Long U Hairpin Bender is designed to open, straighten, chipless cut, and bend coil copper pipes into a set-length U-shaped pipe, commonly referred to as a hairpin pipe. It is primarily used in the automated production of long U-pipes for air conditioning condensers and evaporators.

1. Strippers, frame movement, and bending are all controlled by servo motors.
2. Driven by a frequency conversion motor with belt-driven feeding.
3. The cutter motor is driven by a transducer, allowing speed adjustment.
