The air operated diaphragm pumps produced by RUDI use compressed air as a power source and are currently the most advanced type of diaphragm pumps on the market. They utilize a three-way air pilot valve to achieve real no dead stop and faster reversing. Compared to other traditional domestic pumps, these models offer a larger flow rate, more stable operation, and smaller pulsation. They are widely used in wastewater treatment, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, painting, ceramics, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, etc., to handle various corrosive, volatile, flammable, and toxic fluids with particles and high viscosity.
We offer a wide range of materials, and our engineers will choose the most suitable and economical material based on your specific working conditions. Wetted parts can be made from PP, PVDF, Acetal, Aluminum alloy, Ductile iron, stainless steel, etc. Diaphragms can be made from Teflon, Santoprene, Viton, Hytrel, Buna-N, etc. Available inlet/outlet sizes include 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", 3". Connection types include threaded connections for plastic pumps from 1/4" to 1-1/2", and all metal pumps, while fanged connections are available for plastic pumps from 1/2" to 3".
