The SPG series low noise leakproof canned inline centrifugal pump is a new generation of the canned pipeline pump. Our company adopts Japanese technology and integrates international specialized design and advanced techniques, based on the previous generation, with improvements in electromagnetic core technology, enhancing liquid flow dynamics and achieving high efficiency.

The PBG series is a motor and pump monoblock pump. The pump casing and motor form a sealed chamber, eliminating the need for a mechanical seal, which effectively solves the issue of liquid leakage, making it completely leak-proof. It also removes the rolling bearing and uses a resin graphite bearing lubricated by the medium, ensuring less friction and quiet operation.

Application

Application:
The PBG standard type pump is used to transport clear water and liquids similar to water. The medium temperature should not exceed 80°C, suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, and fire control pressurization. It's ideal for environments where low vibration and noise are required, such as underground pump houses and air conditioning refrigeration systems.
The PBG hot water type is designed for transporting media with temperatures up to 160°C and no solid particles. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, hotels, and boiler pressurized circulation.
The PBG anti-corrosion type is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids without solid particles and with viscosity similar to water. It is commonly used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.
