1. Introduction
The WEW-100B is a computer-controlled tensile testing machine that combines PC display with a manual hydraulic loading system. It features a separate main engine controller for enhanced usability and stability. This machine is ideal for conducting tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests on various materials such as metals, cement, concrete, and plastics. Its high precision and steady performance make it a reliable choice for laboratories and industrial applications.
2. Functions
This machine is designed with a dual-test space structure, allowing it to perform multiple types of tests including tension, bending, compression, and shearing. The under-cylinder design ensures a stable and accurate testing environment. It is particularly suitable for material testing in both research and quality control settings.
3. Structure
The main frame consists of an adjustable base, screw rod, movable crossbeam (with lower clamps), and a working frame containing the oil tank, piston, platform, and upper crossbeam (with upper clamps). The high-pressure oil pump supplies oil to the working oil tank, enabling the piston to move and perform stretching or pressing tests. The motor, gear, and chain drive work together to move the crossbeam at a consistent speed, ensuring smooth operation during testing.
4. Software Features
(1) Two-level user authorization management for secure access.
(2) Real-time display of load, position, and tensile data.
(3) Peak values of load, position, and tensile displayed during and after the test.
(4) Real-time X-Y curve and user-defined curves like stress-strain, load-position, etc.
(5) Automatic saving of sensor data in document format.
(6) Test results are automatically saved for statistical analysis and exported to databases like Access and Excel.
(7) Single-page printing of test reports, including X-Y curves.
(8) Predefined analysis options include load peak, tensile strength, yield strength, and more.
(9) Detailed instructions, setting storage, and time-saving functions.
(10) Support for multiple units: Newtons, kilograms-force, pounds, millimeters, inches, etc.
(11) Software-based calibration for hardware components like sensors.
(12) Adjustable grips allow users to adapt the jaws for different sample sizes and shapes, making it versatile for various testing needs.
